국제학부에서는 후기 신입생 및 복학생의 학내 및 지역사회 정착을 돕고 내외국인 학생들간의 문화교류 촉진을 위해 2022학년도 2학기에 멘토링 프로그램을 운영하였습니다.

프로그램과 관련하여 활동 종료일, 보고서 및 평가서 제출, 장학금 지급 등에 대해 안내드리고자 합니다.

1. 활동 종료일: 2023. 2. 1.(수)

※ 필수지정활동 변경: 2023학년도 1학기 수강신청 지원 → 2023학년도 1학기 예비 수강신청 지원

   - 수강신청을 위한 통합정보시스템 활용법 안내

   - 예비 수강신청은 수강확정 불가하니 반드시 본 수강신청 기간에 수강신청 하여야 함

   - 수강신청을 위한 통합정보시스템 활용(예: 수강편람조회, 수강신청내역조회 등) 안내

2. 활동 보고서 및 최종 평가표 제출: 2023. 2. 5.(일)

   1) 활동 보고서

     -보고서 작성 언어: 한국어/영어 택 1

     -하나의 활동당 하나의 표(활동보고서 서식의 3번)

     -멘토들이 멘티들과 합의하여 작성하고 팀별 제출(팀별 1부)

   2) 최종평가표

     -평가표 작성 언어: 한국어/영어 택 1

     -팀원정보 기입후 활동 후기 작성

     -최종평가표 하단 평가 영역은 작성 금지

    -다른 팀원의 최종평가표 확인 불가하도록 개별 제출(1인 1부)

3. 장학금 지급: 2023. 2월중

   1) 장학금 지급 및 활동증명서 발급 조건

     -활동시간 팀별 20시간 이상

     -필수 지정 활동 모두 수행

     -활동 보고서 및 최종 평가표 제출

    -조건 미충족에 대한 참작 사유있다면 반드시 보고서에 기입

   2) 수령일: 2023. 2월중

SIS has been running the mentoring program in order to promote the sharing of different cultures and adjust the life here in this school and Korea.

Regarding that program, I would like to inform you of the submission of report, scholarship and so on.

1. The Final date of this Activity: 2023. Feb. 1.(Wed)

※ Change Mandatory Activities: 2023-1st term’s Course Registration → 2023-1st term’s Preliminary Course Registration(예비수강신청)

   - Before the official course registration, guide how to use Integrated Information System

   - Students must do course registration during the period for the official one, because preliminary course registration can not confirm the registration

   - Guide about Integrated Information System(Ex: How to Find Class Information(수강편람조회), list of course registration, etc)

2. Submission Deadline: 2023. Feb. 5.(Sun)

   1) Report

     -Language: Korean or English

     -One table must be written each activity(Form of Report number 3)

     -Mentors should write the report with their mentees. (One report per team)

   2) Assessment table

     -Language: Korean or English

     -Write the information of your team

     -Do not write anything about the Assessment part. Only write Team info and Review parts.

    -Submit separately so that other team members can’t see the review paper. (One Assessment table per person)

3. Scholarship: 2023. Feb.

   1) Conditions for scholarship and certificate

     -Participate in more than 20 hours per team

     -Do all the mandatory activities

     -Submit Report and Assessment table

    - Reasons that you can’t meet the condition must be written on the report

   2) Date of receipt: 2023. Feb.
