2023학년도 제2학기 휴학 및 복학 관련 사항을 붙임과 같이 안내하오니, 붙임 파일을 참고하여 주시기 바랍니다.

<주요 내용>

○ 학기 초(9월 첫째 주) 졸업예정자로 생성된 자는 2차 휴학 신청기간(2023. 9. 1. ~ 11. 24.)에 휴학 신청이 불가능하므로, 졸업예정자에서 제외 요청(학사서비스센터, 학사지원과) 후 휴학 신청 가능

 ※ 1차 휴학 신청기간(2023. 8. 1. ~ 8. 31.)에는 별도 제외 요청 없이 신청 가능

○ 등록금을 납부하고 휴학한 자의 등록금은 본인 의사에 따라 반환하거나 복학하는 최초 학기로 이월 가능

 ※ 휴학 신청 완료 후, 등록금 반환을 원하는 경우 통합정보시스템 상 【등록금반환신청(휴학)】메뉴에서 직접 등록금 반환 신청 진행

 ※ 2023. 9. 1.(금) 이후 휴학 및 등록금 반환 신청할 경우 등록금 전액을 반환받지 못하고 복학 시 등록금 전액을 납부해야 하므로, 신중하게 등록금 반환 선택

 ※ 자세한 사항은 재무과(042-821-5133, 5138)로 문의

○ 수강신청 여부와 관계없이 휴학 또는 복학할 경우 반드시 휴‧복학 신청을 별도로 해야 함

 ※ 수강신청을 하지 않는다고 자동 휴학 처리되거나, 수강신청을 했다고 자동 복학 처리되지 않음

○ 전문연구요원 또는 산업기능요원으로 입영할 학생은 휴학 신청기간에 일반휴학을 한 후 입대휴학으로 대체하여야 함

○ 휴학 신청 전에 도서관 대출 도서를 반납하여야 휴학이 허가됨

○ 휴학 종료일 이전에 소정의 절차에 따라 정해진 기간 내에 복학 또는 휴학 연장을 하지 않으면 학칙 제37조에 따라 미복학 제적됨

○ 2023학년도 제2학기 장학금 수혜 대상자가 휴학할 경우에는 반드시 등록금을 납부하고, 등록처리 확인 후 휴학하여야 장학금 혜택을 받을 수 있음(등록금 미납 후 휴학 시 장학생 선발 무효/전액 장학생도 납부금액은 ‘0원’이라도 등록 확인 후 휴학해야 함)

○ 일반휴학 신청 후 휴학 취소할 경우 기간 내 1회에 한하여 본인이 직접 통합정보시스템에서 취소 가능, 다시 휴학 신청할 경우 학사서비스센터에 방문하여야 함

○ 휴학하여 이미 등록금을 반환받은 경우에는 휴학취소 불가

○ 외국인 휴학자 및 창업 휴학자의 복학은 일반 학생의 복학 절차와 동일

<NOTE>

○ Those who are scheduled to graduate after the first week of September can't apply for a leave of absence after August (2023. Sep. 1. ~ 2023. Nov. 24.), so they must request the exclusion from their status to the Department of Academic Affairs(Academic Service Center) and then they can apply for the leave of absence.

 ※ Applications are possible during the first application period (2023. Aug. 1. ~ 2023. Aug. 31.) without any request for exclusion.

○ Tuition fees for students who take a leave of absence after paying tuition fees can be returned or carried over to the first semester of returning to school at their will

 ※If you wish to return the tuition fee after completing the application for leave of absence, proceed with the application for the return of tuition fee directly from the [Application for Return of Tuition (Leave of Absence)] menu on the integrated information system

 ※If you apply for a leave of absence or return of tuition after 2023. Sep. 1.(Fri), you can't refund the whole tuition fee and must pay the full tuition fee when you return to school, so you should consider about tuition refund carefully.

○ No matter whether you did the course registration, you must apply for a leave of absence or return to school.

 ※ Whether you did course registration or not, the application for a leave of absence and returning to school will not be done automatically.

○ You must return the books you borrowed from the library before applying for a leave of absence

○ If you don't do the process for returning to school or extension your leave of absence, within the specific period before the end of the leave of absence, you will be expelled from school by Article 37 of the School Regulations.

○ If the scholarship recipients for 2023-2 take a leave of absence, they must pay the tuition fee first, and then take a leave of absence to receive the scholarship. (If you take a leave of absence without pay the tuition, the selection of scholarship students will be invalidated. / Full scholarship students must also take a leave of absence after confirming their registration.)

○ If you want to cancel your leave of absence application after applying for that, you can cancel it once from the Integrated Information System within the period. If you apply for a leave of absence again, you must visit the Academic Service Center.

○ If you take a leave of absence and have already refunded tuition, you cannot cancel the leave of absence.

○ International Students will be adapted same regulations as Korean students in case of returning to school.
