 가. 본교 국제학부 재학생(내·외국인 모두 가능)으로 1학기(15학점) 이상 이수자

 나. 해외 유학에 결격 사항이 없는자

 * 남학생의 경우, 병역법상 해외 유학에 결격 사항이 없는 자

 * 외국인의 경우, 비자 발급에 결격 사항이 없는 자

 다. 파견시점이 같은 타 해외 파견 프로그램과 중복 신청 불가

 라. 충남대학교 학칙에 따른 징계 학생 제외

 가. 학부성적, 수학계획서 등 제출서류 참고하여 산정

 나. 지원서 제출 → 서류 심사(필요시 면접 진행) → 선발

 가. 지원자 다수일 경우 평가를 위한 추가서류(공인어학성적 등)를 요청할 수 있음

 나. 합격자 발표 후 후보자는 차점자 순으로 정하고, 포기자가 발생하면 후보 상위자 순으로 추가 합격

 다. 합격자는 고지된 취소기한 후 취소 또는 포기할 경우 추후 국제학부 프로그램 지원시 불이익 받을 수 있음

 라. 비자 발급(외국인만 해당) 및 항공권 구매는 학생 개별적으로 실시

 마. 해외대학 강좌 이수 완료 후 학점인정 미완료 시 장학금 100% 환수

 바. 해외 파견 내부 사정에 따라 사전 예고 없이 사업계획 변경 또는 취소 가능하며 장학금 지급기준도 변동될 수 있음

 A. Students of the School of International Studies and those who took more than 1 semester(15 credits)

 B. Those who do not have disqualification reasons for studying abroad

 * In the case of male students, those who are not disqualified from studying abroad under the Military Service Act

 * In the case of international students, those who are not disqualified from issuing a Visa

 C. Applications cannot be duplicated with other abroad dispatch programs at the same time of dispatch

 D. Those who have been disciplinary action from the school according to the CNU school regulation will be excluded from this program

 A. Assessment by referring to the GPA, Study Plan and submitted documents

 A. Additional documents(such as Official English Level) can be requested if there are many applicants

 B. After the announcement of successful applicants, candidates are selected in the order of runner-up, and if there is a renunciation, an additional pass is made in the order of the top candidates

 C. If students give up this program after the cancelation period, when they apply for other SIS programs, they may be disadvantaged

 D. Visa issuing(International students only) and air ticket purchase is carried out individually by students

 E. In case of the credits from the dispatched university can not be recognized, the whole given scholarship must be collected back, even if students completed this program

 G. Depending on the internal circumstances of this program, plan can be changed or canceled without prior notice and the scholarship standards may change
